Our refund policy applies exclusively to the sale of used vehicles listed on our platform. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing through our platform, you agree to these terms.
A full refund (100% of the payment) will be granted under the following circumstances:
The buyer returns the vehicle within 14 calendar days of delivery (including a change of mind).
The vehicle delivered is not the one listed and confirmed at purchase.
There are damages that were not listed or disclosed before delivery.
Important technical details or defects were intentionally omitted from the listing.
If the vehicle matches the listing and is delivered in the condition described, but the buyer requests a return due to personal preference or change of mind after the 14-day return period, only 95% of the total vehicle price will be refunded.
The remaining 5% is retained to cover administrative, transport, and logistics costs already incurred.
Refunds will not be provided after the buyer has accepted delivery and confirmed receipt of the vehicle, unless the vehicle is returned in line with this policy.
No returns or refunds are accepted for change-of-mind requests once 30 calendar days have passed since delivery.
No refund will be issued for minor cosmetic wear or age-related conditions clearly visible in photos or expected in used vehicles.
Refunds are not available for optional services (e.g., registration, document assistance, extra delivery arrangements) once they are fulfilled.
To request a refund, you must notify our support team within 14 calendar days of delivery for a return request, or immediately upon delivery if there is an issue. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification. We may request evidence, including photographs or written reports.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
